This apartment is a true refuge for those who love the tranquility and beauty of nature, located in the heart of the suggestive Barolo Golf Club golf course, which is no longer active today, offers a breathtaking view of the lush greenery that surrounds the structure.

The main entrance leads directly to the bright and spacious living room, where the open kitchen blends harmoniously with the dining area and lounge. Glass door, windows and large skylights allow natural light to filter through, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor there is the complete bathroom, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

Going up the stairs, you enter the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, offering a suggestive view of the sky. On the ground floor, however, there is a sofa bed for two people.

It is easily accessible from Cuneo Levaldigi airport (CUF), which is 35 km away, or from Turin Caselle airport (TRN), which is approximately 99 km away.

Furthermore, the apartment is located approximately 5 km from the center of Novello, thus offering a convenient location for exploring the surrounding region.

We would like to inform our guests that the property has been declared a completely smoke-free area. This means that smoking is not permitted inside this property, including the rooms and common areas. For those who wish to smoke, designated outdoor areas are available.
