🌿 The space
Surrounded by silvery olive trees and breathtaking sea views, this small country house tells the story of a family and its traditions, passed down through generations. Once used for pressing grapes and harvesting olives, today the house welcomes guests in simple and authentic surroundings, enriched with antique furniture and architectural details that preserve its history.
The bright veranda, once a lemon house, allows you to enjoy the outdoor spaces even on less sunny days, offering a privileged viewpoint over the landscape. The house is perfect for those seeking authenticity, tranquillity, and a genuine connection with the Ligurian nature. It is suitable exclusively for couples or two guests, and is not equipped to accommodate infants or small children. The terraced outdoor layout does not guarantee safety for little ones.

🚪 Guest access
The accommodation is fully independent, adjacent to the main house but with private access, ensuring freedom and privacy throughout your stay. The garden, framed by climbing plants, offers space to relax outdoors in an intimate and protected atmosphere, although it is not suitable for young children due to the terraced layout.
Guests arriving with small or medium-sized vehicles can use the private roadside parking. Larger vehicles can make use of a nearby paid parking area. Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy the house and outdoor spaces in complete independence.

🗺️ Where you’ll be
Nestled on the sunny hills of Zoagli, Between Sea and Moon enjoys a privileged position: surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, it offers breathtaking views that stretch as far as Corsica on clear days.
Just 3 km from Rapallo and easily reachable from Zoagli’s centre, the house is perfect for alternating between relaxation and adventure, from hiking scenic trails to diving in the Portofino Marine Park. The strategic location also allows you to explore the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, and Genoa with its famous aquarium and the magnificent Palazzi dei Rolli.
For those who love walking, the centre of Zoagli and the beach are about 30 minutes away on foot, along paths through the olive trees: the descent is pleasant, while the climb is a bit more challenging but always rewarding.

🚍 Getting around
Although the area is easily accessible by car or scooter, there is also a convenient paid minibus service with a stop about 100 metres from the house. The service connects Zoagli town centre, the train station, Rapallo, and nearby villages like Sant'Ambrogio and San Pantaleo. Timetables are available at the stop and in the check-in instructions.
The train stations of Zoagli and Rapallo provide excellent connections to all major destinations along the eastern Riviera and beyond. In Rapallo, you can also rent a scooter for greater freedom of movement. Given the hilly terrain of Liguria, cycling is recommended only for well-equipped and trained riders.
During the summer season, parking can be limited, and the rules are precise: yellow lines are reserved for residents, blue lines are paid parking, and white lines are for time-limited or free parking unless otherwise indicated.

ℹ️ Other things to keep in mind
This house is ideal for those who appreciate simple living, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A sweet and friendly female German Shepherd lives on the property, but you are not required to interact with her unless you wish to.
Separate waste collection is required and made easy with dedicated containers. During the summer, for safety reasons and the high risk of fire, smoking is not permitted in the green areas.
The property is suitable exclusively for two guests and is not suitable for families with children or infants, due to the terraced outdoor spaces.
