From the moment you step into Palazzo Graneri della Roccia, a landmark 17th-century building in central Turin, you are welcomed by a magnificent internal courtyard framed by imposing columns. This sense of grandeur continues throughout the apartment, which unfolds across two private levels connected by an internal staircase and served by a building lift.

The fifth floor hosts two communicating bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. The main bedroom features a double bed, while the adjoining room offers a double sofa bed — both ideal for families or groups travelling together. A generous walk-in wardrobe and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and bidet complete this floor.

A comfortable internal staircase leads to the sixth floor, where the apartment truly comes into its own. A spectacular double living area, flooded with natural light, opens before you with a view that is almost impossible to replicate: an uninterrupted panorama across Turin's rooftops, with the Mole Antonelliana as its crowning centrepiece. The living space is divided into a dining area, furnished with a large wooden table seating eight, and a lounge with two sofas — one of which is a double sofa bed — plus a television area and air conditioning.

Also on the sixth floor, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides everything needed for home cooking, including an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A second full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, a utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and an additional double bedroom with air conditioning complete this level.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A dedicated workspace makes the property equally suited to those combining travel with remote working. Towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, and a full bathroom courtesy kit are all provided.

Please note that the air conditioning units in the fifth-floor bedrooms are high-performance portable units, while the sixth-floor living area has a standard split system.

Recycling bins for paper, glass, plastic, and general waste are located in the building courtyard — guests are welcome to sort and dispose of waste independently or leave it for the team to handle at check-out.
