GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Object
These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms and procedures for booking, payment, cancellation and stay at the accommodations offered by Atriums Apartments through the website book.atriumsapartments.com.

Bookings
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment, according to the methods indicated during the booking process. Upon completion, the guest will receive a confirmation email with all the stay details.

Payments
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other enabled electronic systems. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT and other applicable charges, unless otherwise specified.

Security deposit
A security deposit may be required as a guarantee against any damage caused to the accommodation or its furnishings. The amount, payment method and refund terms are specified in the property page and booking confirmation. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure, subject to inspection. In case of damage, the necessary amount will be withheld.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the property and are clearly indicated during the booking process. In case of no-show or late cancellation, penalties up to 100 percent of the reservation may apply.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise stated. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Failure to comply with the indicated times may result in additional charges.

House rules
Guests must comply with the internal rules of the property, available in digital or printed form. Parties are not allowed, nor are unregistered guests or damage to furnishings and equipment. Violation of these rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

Liability
Atriums Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to persons or property during the stay, except where provided by law. Guests are directly liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes relating to these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, unless otherwise required by law, such as the consumer's jurisdiction.

Bookings through external portals OTA
Bookings may also be made through external platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO or others. In such cases, the conditions published on the relevant portal take precedence. These General Conditions apply in a complementary way and prevail in case of conflict, where not in contrast with the OTA terms.

Express termination clause
Pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, the contract shall be automatically terminated in the following cases: failure to pay for the stay or the security deposit within the terms; failure to vacate the property by check-out time; serious breach of house rules compromising the safety or integrity of the property. In such cases, Atriums Apartments may immediately terminate the stay without any refund obligation.
