Perched on the fourth floor of a well-located building on Via Giacomo Matteotti, Il Quarto Piano is a 99-square-metre loft apartment that places you right at the start of Sanremo's pedestrian zone, facing the city's iconic Casino and less than 100 metres from the sea.
