Sea&Carruggi is a bright and thoughtfully renovated apartment located on the first floor of a building in the historic centre of Laigueglia, one of the most charming seaside villages on the Ligurian coast. Spanning 31 square metres, the flat has been carefully updated to offer everything guests need for a relaxing stay, all within easy reach of the sea.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a dedicated bedroom with a double bed that can also be configured as two single beds, and a living area with a double sofa bed, making the space adaptable for different group sizes. The bathroom is complete with shower, WC, and bidet.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, so guests can easily prepare their own meals. A smart TV is available for evenings in, and the apartment is connected to Wi-Fi throughout.
Climate comfort is well covered: the apartment has an independent heating system, a heat pump, and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season.
Guests will find all essential linens and towels provided, along with a bathroom courtesy kit including shampoo, soap, and accessories.
Check-in is entirely self-managed and available from 16:00 to 23:00. On arrival, guests access the key box located inside a white panel on the ground floor entrance hall — the same panel also houses the electricity meter, should the power ever need to be reset. Check-out is by 10:00.
Pets are welcome at Sea&Carruggi. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests are kindly asked to follow local waste disposal schedules: from June to September, rubbish should be placed outside the building entrance between 06:00 and 08:00; from October to May, between 19:30 and 21:00.
